On jogging endlessly

For those of you who think jogging for an hour a day will trim down the fat and tone up your physique, you are very much mistaken. You will only lose muscle.

To get a good physique you need...
1. Correct nutrition
2. Muscle building workouts
3. High intensity short duration cardio
